HR Business Partner – 9 to 12 years – Mumbai

Main Responsibilities

• HR Business Partner for the Infrastructure Services SBU in Mumbai.

• Main Responsibilities will include

  • -Engage with the leadership; understand key business priorities & objectives
  • Develop & drive the people agenda & strategy for the BU aligned to the BU objectives
  • Drive HR transformation programs for the BU around pyramid transformation, organization design, cost optimization, productivity improvement, talent management, automation, etc
  • Will own the roles & competencies framework, career & development programs for the entire BU
  • Represent HR in internal & external forums – client presentations, global & cross functional workshops
  • Conceptualize & drive employee engagement programs for the BU, based on the global employee survey results.
  • Actively contribute towards centrally run programs & new initiatives for India organization
  • HR Generalist function for key Mumbai projects – grievance handling, employee connects, high performer retention
  • Compliance of centrally & globally driven HR Programs around performance management, employee engagement, roles & competencies framework

Competencies Required

  • Strong HR background, with exposure to key domains like Talent management, employee engagement
  • Good understanding of business & financial levers Leadership Skills

Experience Profile

  • MBA in HR
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR domain (Must Have)

HR Operations Consultant – Bangalore

  • HR operations consultant will be part of Employee Services team to handle multiple key operational processes including employee services, leaves, HRIS, exit formalities and other employee engagement activities.
  • Candidate needs to have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

  • He / She will be part of L&D team and lead a training function for specific business stream.

Talent Management Lead

  • A total of around 10-12 years of experience in HR
  • At least 4-5 years hands on experience in Talent Management and Development covering

  • Defining development programs based on outcome of assessments ……Defining development programs and content creation for trainings and action learning projects.

BU HR Partner – Associate Director – Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: BU HR Leader

Bangalore

Level: Associate Director
Qualification: PG – MBA/PGDM (HR / Personnel Management).

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, with relevant work experience in the HR skills and job responsibilities shown below.
  • With at least 3 – 4 years experience in the IT Software / Software Services.
  • International HR experience, preferably in both European States and India is desirable.

Skills / Attributes:

  • Thorough understanding of HR concepts, processes and best practices.
  • Ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Self driven and enthusiastic

Responsibilities:

The position will have responsibilities in two defined areas:

a)    Provide HR leadership and manage People priorities for the offshore BU in India. Key accountabilities / focus areas of the BU:

  • Support business leaders with respect to people decisions and actions, focused on aligning HR with the business.
  • Develop and track KPIs / goals in alignment to roles and manage all aspects of performance management.
  • Identify training needs and fulfill training / certifications as per Capability Development Plan.
  • Manage competency mapping and development across roles and streams.
  • Identify and groom high potential talent within the BU to ensure pipeline for critical positions.
  • Drive implementation of OD / HR interventions to promote employee retention.

b)    Engage in leading HR initiatives in harmonization with onshore BU plan.

  • Provide HR strategic support with respect to transformation and change initiatives.
  • Partner with onshore HR team to support business unit initiatives.

Presently Capgemini is looking out for a Senior level HR leader to manage our HR operations for Mumbai location with approx size of 10000 people base.

Employee facing

•         Employee Joining formalities, Hiring on the System, Buddy allocations, Creation of personal files etc

•         Maintaining Up to date Employee information

•         Separation formalities, Attrition tracking and analysis, FFS inputs

•         Addressing Employee complaints, queries, concerns
