• Analyze Risks
• Gain Client acceptance for Deliverables
• Conduct Client kick-off meeting
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Review Project Scope, Objectives and Constraints
• Review and Tailor communication management procedures
• Produce Project Audit Report
• Define Supplier Audit/Review Scope, and Objectives
• Hold client progress meeting
• Hold Capgemini progress meeting
• Review Deliverables
• Hold Suppliers progress meeting
• Identify and Assess reusable knowledge objects
• Identify and submit project knowledge objects
• Identify infrastructure providers
• Identify project governance plan updates
• Identify project stake holders
• Identify resource providers
• Identify and document risks
• Complete project close down
• Initiate Estimating review cycle
• Interview potential team members
• Manage Baseline and Releases
• Record and monitor project cost
• Manage payment milestones, invoicing and client payments
• Act as appraiser and evaluate/rate performance of team
• Onboard team members, assign tasks and watch day-to-day tasks
• Monitor configuration status, review and tailor configuration management procedures
• Optimize individual utilization
• Measure client satisfaction
• Review and tailor resource management procedures
• Review and tailor scope management procedures
• Review security requirements
• Analyze project variance
• Produce Project forecasts, project evaluation reports, project status reports
• Determine Project Dashboard Requirements
• Finalize Service Level Agreement for Warranty period
• Initiate/Review Change Management process, produce change management status reports
• Attend Capgemini/Client Steering board meetings
• Submit metric data for organizational level analysis

Job specification/ Skills:

Core Banking domain experience with Implementation on any Core Banking Product.

Project management experience.
